All customers have 14 days from the shipment date to return or Exchange your purchase. 

Returns will only be accepted subject to all tags remaining attached to your order.

 

Returns and Exchange shipping costs are not covered by us when being sent back, so we advise using your local post office.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is safely returned back to us.

Returns and exchange instructions can be found accompanying your receipt in your package, if you do not have this please

contact us at info@badgerlabel.com and we will happily assist you in the returns or exchange process.

 

Please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. 

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item. 

 

All returned/Exchange items should be new, unused, without any makeup marks and with all our security tags still attached. 

Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

Prior to sending any return and we will assist you as much as possible.
